Our Process
INITIAL MEETING
First we meet to discuss your project and the scope of work you’re looking to accomplish. We use this opportunity to get to know more about you and what you like. At this stage our goal is to identify design dilemmas, discuss possible solutions and establish overall goals for the space. After meeting, we’ll put together a full scope list and proposal of our services with expected deliverables and pricing. Once we sign an agreement, as the first step, we’ll conduct a property survey to create as-built drawings to work from.
DESIGN SUBMISSIONS
After we establish the scope and budget, we’ll start the interior design process. We develop a concept and overall aesthetic for your space, with a design presentation package for you to review and provide feedback. We’ll work through a few design revisions , and once approved, we’ll develop the full design specifications & work with you to fine tune the details, to get it just right. Then we’ll make selections for all materials and specifications, and create all of the necessary documentation for contractors to build from.
INSTALL + EXECUTION
Now it’s execution time! Our holistic design and build approach is what sets us apart and enables us to deliver a streamlined and efficient process. We work hand-in-hand with contractors and installers to ensure your space is built exactly how it’s designed. Through our thorough construction management operation, our team will direct the overall project schedule, oversee any site work, and monitor your budget and timeline to make sure we’re on track. We provide regular progress updates so you know exactly where the project is at.
FURNISH + STYLING
Once construction is nearing completion, we’ll begin the furnishing process by assessing what’s needed for your space. We put together a furnishing list with a preliminary budget for you to review. Our team will curate all furniture and décor items unique to your project and create a comprehensive presentation package. Once all items are approved, we’ll handle the procurement of all selected items and will complete the project with installs and final interior styling for the perfect finishing touch!
