A property with a blank slate set the path for designing with intention and purpose. We conceptualized this home to integrate the site and structure, capturing sunset views in the west with a courtyard-like outdoor living room. Keeping the laid-back desert style in mind, we took a modern yet simplistic approach to the architecture and spatial relationships. The clear separation of private and gathering spaces delineate zoned living while allowing ease of circulation and connection throughout.
